Customized Status Reports

We can track any pertinent information and fax or email it whenever you want; weekly, monthly, quarterly or year end. This is a great service to customers who are not yet on-line with E.D.I., and a supplement to our web-based customer access.

A typical report may include:

  • Shipment ID and Pro No.
  • Pick-up or inbound date/time
  • Appointment date/time and contact
  • Delivery arrival and departure date/time
  • Delivery receiver's name
  • Unloading time
  • Total transit time
  • Flag late arrival (usually none!)
  • Freight, handling, and accessorial charges
  • OS&D exceptions
  • Appointments Outside RAD
