We can track any pertinent information and fax or email it whenever you want; weekly, monthly, quarterly or year end. This is a great service to customers who are not yet on-line with E.D.I., and a supplement to our web-based customer access.
A typical report may include:
- Shipment ID and Pro No.
- Pick-up or inbound date/time
- Appointment date/time and contact
- Delivery arrival and departure date/time
- Delivery receiver's name
- Unloading time
- Total transit time
- Flag late arrival (usually none!)
- Freight, handling, and accessorial charges
- OS&D exceptions
- Appointments Outside RAD
